Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or
slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women
to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home,
kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.
Titus 2:3-5
Vision:
Our vision is to glorify God and honor his word by living and teaching true biblical womanhood in our community.
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to connect women together in relationships where teaching and training may produce sound doctrine and character that cherishes the Word of God.
Shared Ministry Goals:
- Together we teach. Support the church’s statement of faith and develop good theology through teaching the Bible. Weak theology makes for weak faith.
- Together we train. Support the church’s discipleship process by striving for Christian maturity marked by the character attributes found in Titus 2:3-5. Weak character negates accumulated knowledge.
- Together we transform. Support the church’s vision of true biblical womanhood and the conformity to it despite varied and popular views on femininity.

Bible Study:
The Way of Wisdom (A study of the book of Proverbs)

Join the Women's Ministry Bible Study starting on Monday, September 8th at 6:30pm in the Bayview Church Center for a study through Proverbs in 'The Way of Wisdom' by Jen Wilkin.
The book of Proverbs describes godly wisdom as a path that leads to life and flourishing. It also warns of the folly of worldly wisdom as a path that leads to the grave. Every day we face the choice between the true riches of God’s instruction or the fool’s gold of earthly pleasures and pursuits. How often do we call to mind the wisdom found in the sayings of Proverbs to shed light on the path before us? How relevant do we even believe these ancient words are to our modern world?
In this 8-session study from Jen Wilkin, we invite you to place your feet firmly on the path of life revealed in the book of Proverbs. As you consider wisdom principles on everyday topics like words, work, friendship, marriage, parenting, neighborliness, money management, leadership influence, and more, you’ll discover the wisdom of Proverbs as an invitation to steadily walk God’s way in God’s world.
